Female the majorities of our population is amongst the deprived & neglected sector in our rural areas & are exposed to coercions & atrocities. Low literacy, cultural prohibitions & other social constraint, made the rural female in Sindh province as third category citizen bare of social, political, economic & human rights.

TDP champions Human rights and human values as the core agenda of the vision & mission of the organization. Keeping in view the importance of the issue TDP has established HR & Women Emancipation Committees at union council level at its targeted areas the main function of the cited committee is to develop awareness among the rural female on different development activities and also impart quality trainings on different social and economic issues. The focused areas of female emancipation are as follows:

• Creating social and political insight among the people specially females for human rights & more importantly women rights.
• Girls Education Rights .
• Convincing them to adore their children with quality education .
• Involve them for income generation activities .
• Enhancing their capacity to participate in political affairs .
• Ensure the availability of their CNIC.
• Ensure their name in voters list.
• Adopting professionalism in their day to day life .
• Initiating for enterprise development, Livestock rearing, vocational activities.
• Initiatives for group formation, involving in social and political activities participation in local bodies election.
